Hey... Does any body know of a good spot, up river from whitecourt, that a guy and his family can sit and watch the races (Fort Assiniboine to Whitecourt Leg). I have never been north of Whitecourt on the Athabasca and I don't want to be in the way for the racers or officials. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. _________________ The GENE POLICE told me to "Get out of the pool". |

That would be downstream from whitecourt, whirlpool corner would be a good spot, about half way to the fort. _________________ HANG ON NUTLICKER !! |

About how many kms/miles DOWN river is Whirlpool Corner???
