| Everybody who show's up for the rally in the fall will be in for another treat, The Town of Whitecourt is hosting "Party in The Park" again, APRIL WINE is headlining the event, this is a FREE concert, it will be on Aug 31 just across the river from the boat launch at Rotary Park |

Here's the details for the fall poker rally...
DATE: Saturday, August 30th
PLACE: Whitecourt Riverboat Park
REGISTRATION: 11:00 AM
START TIME: 12:00 Noon
ROUTE: Athabasca River downstream to the Whirlpool (map available at registration)
**All boats must return to the boat launch by 6:00 PM for final card**
REGISTRATION FEE: $25.00 per boat (includes one free poker hand and 4 supper tickets)
**Extra poker hands available at a cost of $5.00 each**
**Extra supper tickets available at a cost of $5.00 each**
SUPPER: 6:30 PM
PRIZES: $500.00 for 1st place hand, $300.00 for 2nd place hand & $200.00 for 3rd place hand
**Free camping available at the boat park on Friday, Saturday & Sunday**
Hope to see lots of familiar faces and some new ones too!!!  |
