What kind of Guy would send his Brother out riding with NO oil in the oil tank ? Shocked

After all, he shouldn't have to put oil in it, it isn't his Rolling Eyes

I'd put a set of Cudney pistons in!
Edit: Have fun putting the piston pin and needle bearings in Mad ,... I rebuilt the top end on my 02 Summit 800 just last year,... oh yeah and check your piston rings for black specs/spots, this would indicate flaking (Ski-Doo 800 twins are notorious for this).

Thanks guys forum was a little slow and winter is coming..
AR she runs premix! and half av gas to boot. I think though he won't admit it that he just put straight reg. gas in it forgetting it was pre-mix with av/gas. I had the racing domes in the heads and should have known to leave a can of gas for him...fricken diamond drillers

The rave valve is an exhaust pressure regulating systems. It gives the doo better bottom end snap. That is why ski-doo smoked everyone in every class in the late 90's on holeshots and why almost every sled now has some sort of exhaust valves.
