The top boat is from Monster Garage. I read on the Internet a while back that all Jesse James' project's were at that show. I have mixed emotions about the BJ auction.One one hand I love seeing the cars and watching what come's threw, and on the other, I think that they drove the cost of the old muscle car up to where it is today.....outrageous! $30,000.00 for my dream car in mint shape..... Shocked

Arthur, you have that right. The cost of a nice old car is skyrocketing past what I'd like to spend on having one, but it is a nice display of some of the finest cars out there. The costs have gone down from last year though. I guess we should not have wrecked, sold and gave away some of the old cars we had Crying or Very sad

when growing up.
Jesse James should be embarrassed about some of the junk he hauled there. It wasn't worthy of most garbage dumps to accept. But he does get to sleep with Sandra Bullock.
The best deals are on the hot rods; some poor prick spends 100,000 bucks and thousands of hours and get 30,000 - 40,000 for it. And some of them are REAL nice.

Dave, I agree but this is one time in the winter when I need to take advantage of. It's a good time and a must see.

How about an aluminum car?
These are equipped with the latest and greatest parts and you can have one for a reasonable 160,000.00. Shocked

Thank You Dave for the great pics, I watch that auction every year and what a show, Rumor has it that a somewhat local guy bought that vice boat and has reportedly been offered $200,000 more than the hammer price. Cool pics Dave!

any chance you'd know what the blk. wht. zed sold for ? that's been my favorite since 69 Wink

with a decent cam and a set of 4:88's they would blow off just about anything Shocked

surprising how many matching #'s cars seem to show up , lots of those muscle cars had the original engines replaced on warranty Exclamation

like A2 said the collectors have really driven the price of these cars out of sight Rolling Eyes
