Wow! Anyone know what impellers they use? Are they tearing them up with Hp or just rock damage?

My ol' man took me over to meet him on Thurs night(in the middle of the big tear down)and he showed me one....That thing was about 30-40lbs and looked mean.Not sure anything under 500hp would be able to turn it.The one I saw was split where it ride's on the wear ring and starting to crack all the way around.Was told they are 3G's and they get them from American Turbine.He used up around 9 already and had 5 more in a box in the truck......

Hi Baldy;
Good on Ya man!
Those two fellows at the top sure deserve a round of applause!
Vince and Roger, they did a great job!
It's almost gone UN-noticed that Roger Kehoe kept some of our guys back in the race with his skill, time, and equipment.
It's a tough job getting back to all who helped out during this great event
but I believe Xero (James McLaughlin) covered the bases very well.
Nobody! that volunteered their time complained. Coverage of this event
was the best it could be given the general media doesn't give a hoot about this sport.
But that is changing
I hope that the 2011 will have some coverage from the media, this year was their loss for sure.
