| I need to know how to make a pic smaller, I have a 418kb picture and need it to fit on the new forum thanks in advance.

Open the photo up by right clicking on the thumbnail version. Then open it up using "office manager". Up top there will be a tool bar; choose the "picture" icon. Scroll down and click on "compress". Then pick "documents". Then save the photo. With this method it will reduce your photo to about 140 / 170m kb. If you choose "web pages" it will reduce it to about 45 / 50 kb.
First photo on the new board.

| you can also use any free picture re-sizer off the Internet. that's what i use.
