What kind of HP could you expect with that flanged up to a stock 350SBC? and what engine mods would need to be done, if any? What would an inter cooler be worth roughly?

Every LB of boost = 50 HP gain. The pully set up on it now gives 4 LBS of boost.Any thing over 11.1 compression ,your looking at trouble if you dont have a bullet proof bottom end.The chiller is here but is cracked from being froze.not sure what they sell for

It would bolt on no problem(in about 1 hr)all the brackets are for the small block chev with carb.Run premium fuel and at 4 lbs the hp of your motor should almost increase by 2.

Hey Blown Income, I would've thought you'd have this procharger mounted on your boat. Do have the model number of it?
