I took some photos but they were taken in the dark shop and you can realy tell. The wings were broke off and never to be found again, the drivers side rear sponson took the rock hit and is bent up about 3 " for 12" long and the front drivers side of the boat was caved in from slamming into the water hard. The tach fell off and the tool box exploded and all the tools that were in it including everything that wasn't tied down was in the very tip of the noze including one of my navigators aqua shoes. Ill try to get some better pics, iff not I'll get vern to take pics when they get it and he can start a new ( you crunch we fix ) post.

I can't say enough good things about my fellow racers and the people of Peace River, I had at least 4 people offer their shops, parts and or services for us to fix our boat on Saturday. As my navigator/mechanic (allblowedup) mentioned, special thanks to Armstrong Costruction for the use of their shop all weekend, Vinnie at Vinnie's auto repair for the use of his shop and tools until midnight on Saturday night and Roger Kehoe for his expertise and assistance in getting us up and running. I hope I can return the favors someday, I'm going to try and organise a race here in Grande Prairie next year. A small clarification, I'm running Doug's old Aluminium motor. We had the boat running sweet but we still need a couple of mph to catch Alex, his boat was running awsome all weekend. On preliminary investigation, it turns out that we burnt a couple of rods and hopefully not too much else. AMS has the engine and is doing everything they can to get it repaired in time for Whitecourt for us.
Again, thanks to all the volunteers and people of Peace River.
Miss B' Haven
