Here is the last day of the 2013 World Jet Boat Races!
Rough weather and dark waters were seen on the Matukituki River which caused some worry.

We would also like to congratulate Dale Whiteside for coming in 2nd place in the 2013 New Zealand Jet Boat Races.
He was the top for the Canadian Competitors and fought for that place to the very end.

A big thanks go out to all the organizers of the jet boat Marathon in New Zealand this year. You guys did have everything worked out ahead of time and took very good care of everyone. We were very impressed with how smoothly everything ran.
Also there was a lot of help from many of the New Zealand teams and guys that we could not have done without.
Mark Cromie Holden supplied us Canadians with some great trucks that far excited our expectations, very well put together. Thank you.
Louie and all the guys at AMS thank you for a great engine and your hard work that made it all come together. And you support in NZ, even though we didn’t really touch the motor it was great to have you there for the support.
I didn’t get many pic’s this year but MT Actions must have taken 5000 pictures while he was there. http://mtactions.com/
Congrads John on a clean win and 4th year in a row as NZ1.
Dale
