I have a Kodiak marine package on my ZZ383, it has the small 600 Edlebrock Vac secondary carb on it. I did some testing a couple weeks ago, I put a new Quickfuel 780 Vac Sec carb on it. This carb gave me better throttle response, but I did not gain any top end rpm's. This leads me to believe that my engine is restricked by the Kodiak exhaust maniflods. So I am thinking about Lightnings. |

3 1/2 inch Kodiaks or 4 inch? If they are 4 inch you are not likely to see any gain in your tach or actual performance on the river. You wallet on the other hand will see a dramatic difference. |
