I wish I knew WHO it was. I just know where it was found. I'm sure the WHO dosent't work for the WHERE anymore.

Bastards is right.

We did get the boat back to Red Deer. Complete. Just rock chiped and dirty.

It really is a bunch of bullshit no one should have to go threw, but truly a great ending to a problem that has been going on for years. Not many people see their toys again, or catch the clowns responsible. You would have to be 1/2 brain dead to take a $50-60k boat and leave it in a compound in a major city...I hope for once the justice system works!

well i have heard who it was and yes that surprised me alittle , but where the boat was parked and with over 250 members in this town did they really think about that
Pricks , i hope they spend a little time in the crowbar hotel , and it must be more then just one person behind this operation , so maybe we can get them all

my two cents Evil or Very Mad

OK If in fact charges have been laid then that is a matter of public record. It will be in the GP court records or even the news paper. So there should be no problem repeating the name or names on this forum. It doesn't mean the person is guilty, just that they have been charged. Guilty or not is for the courts to decide. Somebody must have read or seen an an official document. Rumors are not needed but credible facts would be great.

SD is correct-there should be a court docket which calls out everyone facing the judge and what they are up for..or as mentioned..what about the paper?

kinda like this...http://www.nwtcourts.ca/Schedule/TCCrim.pdf

Good and quick recovery

I'm new to the forum but it seems while it would be nice to string the person(s) up or atleast know a name. As soon as media gets ahold of a name it becomes public knowledge... with public knowledge mob mentality can / will take over and soon hes guilty till proven inocent. Last thing we want is this person getting away with a lighter sentance because of some bs about a fair trial or counter suing Outlaw (just as an example because of the forum) because of emotional stress created by people speaking badly of him, or threats, recieved via the forum, etc etc. So maybe keeping his name out media will ensure he gets what he deserves? just food for thought.
