Has anyone found a source to pick up decent priced used waverunners, seadoo's ect?
Thought has crossed my mind to get the motor out of a sled and mate it to a pump. Obviously require more fab/custom work but at least the chances of the motor being swamped are less.
Thought and or ideas please
Thanx

me and a buddy built one years ago with a 94 waverunner 650. 9ft long 4ft wide 1/8 hull 1/4 keel 40mph with 2 guys in it. most of the seadoo's have a fiberglass intake housing which wldnt last long. The only one we could find with an aluminum intake was this old waverunner. it worked fantastic , was a pile of fun

40mph out of a 650cc eh? Thats respectable. I am looking for a 1100 or 1200 wave runner. But I cant seem to find anything reasonable that I'm not conviced is f'd.
