Has anyone put a crankcase evac system on water jacketed or water cooled manifolds? or is a vacuum pump/puke tank the way to go?

Doesn't it have to be ran back to the intake/carb and be reburnt? I can't see the regs allowing it to be just pulled into the exhaust like a race car.
