Does anyone else have hard time with the reverse with the standard bucket and at trim? I had a sport jet 240 with a trim nozelle and it backed up a easier with more control then this bucket. just wanted to make sure that the reverse bucket was worth the cash. |

i have the SD309 with AT trim and found it all depends on where your trim nozzle is pointed up to much and your only pushing the rear of the boat up and down to much your putting the water into the intake. the cable that came with the STD nozzle i find dose not have enough travel to fully close and open the bucket therefor I believe I'm going to upgrade to the SRD reverse this winter as i think this will be a much better setup |

I find the trim position does play a large part too. I am looking at the spilt duct bucket too just wish boat parts weren't as expensive as sled ones lol[/list] |

Scottp here is another option for a nozzle reverse kit now available for the AT/Berk/Legend pressure pump in a std or trim nozzle.

I think we were emailing about that set up, I can run that bucket with the trim, do I need to run a longer reverse cable? |

These nozzle reverse bucket kit bolts right on your SD 309/Berk/Legend pumps with no mod's required. You can use your stock cables they will adapt to these kits. Also you can install these nozzle reverse kits between pump guard openings narrow as 18 inches apart. |
