Will a Jetovator on a AT 309, work on a Legend J120 If so would it be a easy swap, just a minor steering cable adjustment (not to mention the hydrualic line to the unit). Also is Jetovator just a brand name of a place diverter _________________ no matter what may happen, a day on a river, beats a day on anything else.

Won't work, the output and bolt pattern on the back of a Legend bowl is smaller. Jetavator was Berkeley's adjustable nozzle, built different than a Place Diverter. I think the Diverter up and down knuckle is followed by the turn knuckle and the Jetovator is the opposite. Place makes (or made) a Diverter that fit Legends. _________________ Cheers, Jesse |

If you have the "berkeley style" nozzle cap on your AT pump and your trim unit is a Place diverter it will fit in the nozzle cap of a legend pump'
If your trim is the Turbine Trim by ATJ it will not fit.
The term "jetovator" was the original Berkeley trim system with the up/down portion first;Place Diverter is the leading aftermarket trim system but is often called a jetovator. |
