The Exorcist U366 turbine uses a PLC microcontroller on the engine to operate its systems (ie startup fuel sequence, monitor temps, psi, etc.) but the charging system failed and the battery powering it went dead during the race, so the turbine's fuel flow was shut off: no go = DNF/DNS. Problem was fixed last night; solenoid contacts reversed, race-ready now = yee haa!
