What is the earliest time of year a person can head up the Touchodi ? A friend of mine wants to come up this spring.

We don't normally head up that way before the start of July. You can do it in mid June, but you are pushing your luck a bit (The ice might not be all off the lakes yet).
Couple clips from July Long a few yrs ago. The water was the highest this yr than any other yr I remember
