Hello , I have a Light 21 ft boat with UHMW on the bottom. I don't want to carry any extra weight but am looking at a kicker to carry incase of a breakdown. Would like to go as light as possible but need to push my boat. Any idea on the lightest kicker that would get me home. Sometimes travel in Ocean to access rivers. |

i have not checked speed but a close friend is running the same boat and he loves it says it will move his boat good in a strong current and says it trolls perfect it is a yamaha t-8. I had a johnson 4 horsepower on my boat and it was ok on the lake but would not move my boat worth a sh%t
on the river i would guess my new moter might weigh 110 pounds. But i plan on only haveing with me on long trips on the river. |
