I know one thing's for sure they won't be on the Upper Red Deer or the clearwater for long once they get marooned a time or two, so those of us that run the more technical routes will be just fine. |

over the years the rcmp have had lots of boats. They run them lots to start with and get tired of the expense to keep them running. Lots people like to run boats but if you are not responsable for the damage and wear and tear then the impellors and bottoms will take a beating. Pretty soon they sit at the detachment just like quads and snowmobles.
At least they will be able to hassel all the kids floating down the rivers on hot days.
yup a great solution to a problem that doesn't exist!!!! _________________ You are not lost if you Don't care where you are |

I just thought of another job for them. They can write tickets to the canoe people who tip over and litter the river with their junk. _________________ You are not lost if you Don't care where you are |
