Don't know who this is, where or when, but it is the baddest jet boat snapshot I've ever seen.

Gonna guess and say that was the 2000 Worlds in the US. That looks like Galice Rapid located on the Rogue River below Grants Pass, Oregon. Definitely Justin haulin down the river. That rear wing is bad to the bone....
Wonder how a wing like that would work on a lil steptech?

Would work great if you like a ton of induced drag.........

Merv , when Dave built the wing we tried on Special FX he had calculated that it would lift 450 lbs. @ 80 mph . we did see some mph with it but it messed with the handling some , needed some more testing to get it set-up right . in the end Steve decided to stick with the KISS approach so it's hanging in his shop . that wing on the Boice boat is very cool and that's a great shot catching some air through the whitewater

that boat was wicked fast! justin and team always seemed to make the eagles fly! they were always trying something new both areo and hydrodynamicley, Joel shepard also ran a rear wing like justin and if you ever seen that lil tunnel it flat out cooked!!!
