by bud bought a brand new as mentioned and the damn thing cavitates bad on a left turn, in or out of the peddle its always there. the construction underneath looks symetrical and inline tru and straight. ive heard some guys speak of this issue with these boats in the past...before we start roundin things up does anyone have the answer to this one?

It only would take one hit in the wrong spot for it suck air on a corner, all experience I have had fixing LH corner cavitation is either a dent or sucking air form the intake or suction, but usally an air leak in the suction would cause grief getting on step, is the QT loose? or if it has UHMW, maybe there is a ripple in it

Since it's a new hull I would take a close look at the intake grate. Check to see if the grate has a good fit without any gaps on the at the front or rear of intake. Any gap in these areas will cause cavitation. I don't know if the hull is running a stomp grate or not as stomp grates not fitted or closing properly will cause cavitation it only takes a slight gap.

Are you dealing with Redline in GP if so I know what you mean but there is one fella there that used to race and I think he is the sales manager or the manager not sure of his name but maybe he may be a good source for you.
