I have 2 seasonal capming stalls for sale at the Riverstone Campground and jet boat launch.
Located 35km North of Bezanson, along the Smokey River, roads are all paved except for the last 6 miles of gravel.
45mins to Grande Prairie, 1/2 hour to Bezanson bridge on hiway 43 by boat.
Large L-shaped double lot with 30 amp power, water and septic tanks installed. Lots are gravelled and bordered on one side by open area. Lot is approx 60' x 80'.
Campground is serviced by 2 boat launches and is sheltered in the river valley. 9 hole course is newly opened this year. Seasonal fee covers water, power and garbage.
Good neighbors as everyone shares the jet boat or golf bug!

Go north of the Teepee Creek turnoff on highway #733, turn right at township road 744, the campground/golf course is on the Smoky at the end of this road (10 km of gravel).
This is actually one big double lot so they cannot be sold individually. |
