The smiling person does not own the boat. The owner was going very fast and hit a large boulder just off centre and it launched him to the right then he hit the shore and straightened outand came to rest. Yes it was a good opportunity to check the bottom for damage. At this point there was none but 200 yards down stream he hit another rock and opened it up.
the Brazeau has eaten a few boats over the years. _________________ You are not lost if you Don't care where you are |

I was refering to the fella on the hood with the cowboy hat. That looked like some pretty good driving from Dale.....where the heck were all these clips in the winter months? The ones from Christmas creek left me wanting MORE!! Nice work. |

|

Has anyone been on the Braz. lately. Is she running good right now. Is anyone heading out there this weekend. I'll have to check the water levels.
Just checked the levels and flow, she's running higher than normal and about 100m3/sec.
might have to take a run up her Saturday. _________________ NEVER LOOK BACK & STAY OUT OF MY WAY |

Hey there Rockskipper, myself and another boat are thinking of heading for a rip this weekend up the Braz. I would be the big guy in the first pic who stopped to help Carey push off the gravel bar. He would not be the first who picked the wrong channel there, I have helped a couple of other boats in that same spot. First boat I ever had to push in that spot was my own. Every year or after a heavy rain the channels change, sometimes you just have to pick a channel an roll the dice. YEEHAA Get back to me if you are interested. Brian |

I PMed Angler and BigBlock, check them out if you want to meet for Saturday.
Just checked the flow on the Braz. it was over 100m3/sec. a couple days ago, now it has slowed down to just 81.
Should be out there around 10 AM Saturday morning. _________________ NEVER LOOK BACK & STAY OUT OF MY WAY |
