Can anyone tell me if I need the spark arrestor on my engine? I have a Kodiak 5.7 fi with an arrestor on top. I drive a fair bit of dirt roads to get to water and am concerned about dusting the engine. Can I get rid of it and put a good quality air filter on, or does the arrestor double as an air cleaner? Thanks

Theres a product called "Filter Skins"....or K&N makes a simular product....slip that on when traveling and run just the K&N when in the water.
Go to summit racing and search "filter wraps" K&N brand
