I know this video pail's in comparison to what else is out there, but it is the first one I ever chopped, cut and added music to.It was taken with a digi cam(4.1)and edited with this program that came with our computer. The music is probably out of everyone's taste but it is my first kick at the cat.Had to join you tube in order to provide a link to the people that were there to view it,so thought I'd share it with others.Anyway this is a buddy's Kenferm that was skimming some rocks outside of Ft.Assinaboine.it's only 2mins so not much life will be wasted....

Yeah-There were a few pops had by the passenger's.....(On shore of course)Thought it was a blast until I saw some of Dale and Xero's video's.Got alot of work to do this summer on filming and editing out the laughter And finding tune's that everyone can enjoy...Also getting out there capturing some good footage, but that was a given. The kids at the end were probably jacked up on pop(real pop)so you know how that goes...... |

Nuttin wrong with that tune great video for a first attempt and nice scenery. Ive certainly seen rougher less stable footage(usually in a collection of stuff I've filmed lol )
Awesome to see another guy onboard makin vid's the more the merrier. Makes the winter that much easier to bear. If you need any tips there are more than a few guys here to help out.
Tip one: do not use bluescreeen haha

Hey don't knock WMM. If not for losing the original tapes for one scene my entire first DVD would have been made with that!
Not saying it was the greatest or anything but it gets the job done
Looking forward to seeing some more work from you. Feels good when guys get excited about one of you own little productions huh?

Skinny I use ULEAD 9 for my videos. Just find a song you really like and let your imagination do the work thats what I do. Pretty soon you'll get in a groove and everything just seems to fall into place. Then once you get the hang of it it will be like riding a bike. Can't wait to see what the next video is. Hell I think I'll subscribe so I can be one of the first couple of people to get a sneak peek. Next all you have to do is figure out all of the bells and whistles with the program your using. You tube also has a couple of cool things to play with also. |

Thanx XERO and RAVEN.I wasn't looking for any props but I will take them as they come. The funny thing is the first time I tried WMM I was flying through putting things together and adding music and I ran into some sort of snag.(after playing around I lost the icon and couldn't remember what it was called or where to find it)But I went to bed thinking about it and ended up waking up @3 to try again.Note:It was in the first 2 wks of getting this CompUTeR,so I assure you, the next one will be better as I plan to get a camcorder and use the camera for what it's made for. |
