I am currently doing an off-road modification for my Toyota Tacoma, I've added a set of Fuel Wheels and mud tires yesterday. I've been using it to tow my boat and right now, I'm planning to change the winch that I've been using as well. Got any suggestions? |

I think it depends how you will use it. If your going to do hardcore wheeling and using your winch regularly and multiple times per trip go with a WARN, if you are just doing light to moderate wheeling go with a Smitty Built. They are a good unit and a lot less pricy than WARN. I have a 3rd Gen Tacoma done up pretty good and I run a 10,000lb Smitty Built.
What does your boat and trailer weigh? What's your fuel economy like? |
