I run a 16 HD habourcraft with a 175 sportjet and I jetted it down 3 sizes and put in boisen reeds and with a plastic wear ring I ran for 1 hour down stream and 1 hr and 10 minutes up stream
I ran at 4200 rpm both ways 30 mph down and 26 up stream got home and went and filled it up and burnt exactly 14 gallons or 64 liters
the same trip without jetting or reeds was 16 gallons big improvement
and big saving over say one or two years
