Has anyone tried the heatercraft brand for their 200 opti's ? Or would a diesel be better ?

Have run it with 4 vents since May(2 on dash and 1 directed at driver/passenger). Kids love it after coming out of the water, and although i haven't run it in very cold weather (12 degrees C), it puts out a pile of heat and i expect it will work fine in late fall as well.

do these plum into the large water line on the bottom of the engine? I believe they do. For the price it would be good when running. The disadvantage is that it will only produce heat with the engine on??

Is this an easy install?

Well I installed the heater this weekend. Lots of air movement through the vents. Hopefully no more fogged glass while hunting this year. Water temp was above 60 F so lots of heat !!!

Which model heatercraft did you put in? Where did you get it? and what did you pay for it?

Give the guys at Outlaw a call. I got the 4 outlet kit. The kit comes complete. You will need a 3"hole saw and a 1"hole saw along with other standard tools.
