I have an older E6 and aluminium impeller is worn out and was going to upgrade to a 312 or should I go to the new 203 axial style pump. Is it a simple conversion, I assume it can be done. What would you do. _________________ no matter what may happen, a day on a river, beats a day on anything else. |

It is a major change to go from a 309 to a 312/203 as intake is totally different.
During a recent bottom replacement I went from a 312 to a 309 with aggressor bowl and love it, I would just freshen up what you have.
I picked up 2 mph changing from the American turbine bowl to the aggressor. _________________ What was that noise? Glad wife didn't see the bill!! |

The 309 is an excellent pump for the E6;it will perform better in an E6 than a 312 or 203.The 312 is for heavier boats;the 203 works best with small (4 cyl/v6) engines |
