manual says 30w dealer says 15w40.
should i be ok to run 15w40 or 5w40 rotalla t

In my 350 Chevy Kodiak I was running Mobil 1 15/40 Synthetic - but now I have switched to Amsoil 20/50 Zinc - I noticed cooler running temps and Im not topping up as much either.

should have said its a mp350 efi 2014. and
