This years World Championship in Mexico promises to be a great event! The races will be at the states of Tabasco and Chiapas, during ten days (ten legs), from May 3rd to May 11th, 2014. The river course of the race will be 1,000 kilometers approximately (621.5 miles), starting in Emiliano Zapata, Tabasco and finishing in Paraíso, Tabasco. Just like in 2010, the legs in Chiapas include many challenging Class III rapids for three days.
There will be no entry fee and the Comittee will provide several complimentary hotel accomodations, cocktail and dinner parties, and more.
