Does anyone have any information on the sunken CX boat from the PR race, and how the crew is doing?
Sad to see the new racers in this type of predicament as they were observed to be quite diligent while passing us on the Smokey and leaving respectable room at all times. I hope they can return to racing so we can get to know them a little better. _________________ It was like that when I got there! |

Talked to him last night...He's in a cast for 6 weeks and it doesn't sound like him, or his father is too shook and should be returning. He said he probed around a bit,but had no luck so far....such a shame as that was a great CX boat...front runner in a year or two I'm sure.
On a side note I was talking with Dwayne and Darren after the 204 incident and Dwayne says he runs a sled beacon in his pelican case. No reason on why this wouldn't work under water for search and recovery. I'm sure over half of the racers own one! Great idea
Weaver did take credit for the idea... |
