If you are into running the nsr around Drayton Valley we run it and the Brazeau alot. One of our favorite runs is to take off south of Nordegg where the trunk rd. crosses the NSR an run down river to Drayton Valley. We bring an extra driver to drive the truck back to Drayton where they park at the Willey West campground. The Brazeau is a lot more challenging, river channel choice is everything. More boats make it more interesting and fun to watch. Plus if a bad channel choice is made it is nice to have extra hands to help push. Sounds like you have the right boat for the job. You are welcome to join us.

Nice easy day ride with a steak barbeque at the mouth of the Brazeau. I think its about 6 hrs running time but not 100% sure. We tend to stop once in a while to fish and what have you, recommend this trip.

Fox creek ab. Harbercraft extreme. Fam of 4. Kids 6 & 7 were all over the place boating and always looking for extra boats. Might do Murray river to kinueso falls in tumbler ridge next weekend. Mandatory at least once for all boaters for their river list. Murray about a 3 outa 10 for needed experience with your boat. Higher with no hull protection
