I have a 2005 Outlaw lynx, we repowered with a kodiak 350 Carburated engine and the new pump is a flo/pro 3 stage with a kodiak Super X 1 lead impeller and 2 24 degree tailing impellers and 96mm nozzle. We have slipping issues out of the hole with more than three people in the boat. Sleeves and impellers are brand new, RPM when the jet isnt slipping is maxed out around 4050 and when it slips out of the hole around 4300. Any ideas on what could be causiong this? Have tried numerous different ideas and none have worked. We can't physically go more agressive on the impellers as I am not aware that they make any thing with more pitch. This setup has worked on hundreds of boats with the hamilton 773 jets, just curious why we are having so many issues!!

might sound real silly BUT, check that you don't have one impellor in backwards. the overlap front will show the curve of the blades, check that against the other two.

Kinda sounds like you are getting air from somewhere into the intake

Install a 92 mm nozzle insert that will pressurize the pump a bit more eliminateing slippage in hole shot when packing a heavy load. Your on step, cruise and wot rpms will be lower all so.
