I have the 4 point engine set up (photo included) what do the motor plates look like and is a bell housing used??

Looks like you need the angle plates for the side. Available at most part stores in Alum. or steel. I use the steel ones. You are lucky you have side mounts. Both SBC and BBC are the same there.

For the rear you need a plate mount. Again, I use 3/8 aluminum. Make a pattern out of cardboard and use an old bellhousing for the bolt pattern markings. Wait until you have everything set in place and aligned before you drill the rear plate to hull holes. Motor to pump angle needs to be 3 degrees or less. You will have to cut out around the flywheel because 3/8 alum. won't fit between the flywheel and block. Make sure you have the oil pan you are using on the block for fitting.

That's what has worked for me. I'm sure others have done it different ways.

Hey, on second thought those back mounts look like they could bolt directly to the motor. No rear plate needed.
Could you be that lucky ? Razz Laughing

Thanks AR that rear plate needs to be a bit more stiffer somebody on another forum stated it needed to be braced better.If I came to a quick stop the engine would be joining Me and my Nav for a up and close get together. K Eagle with the pump in it
