No trim tabs? The boat wont porpuse without them? Would be better for prying when your stuck, which I assume this boat is for the shallow water like Dale's personal one.Looks good Boomer!

With the way the Hamilton pump block is welded in it should not porpoise. It will run fairly flat.
Dales little proto did not need any flaps, they do get in the way when a guy has to pry it back into the water.

THIS BOAT WAS ON THE BACKBURNER FOR A BIT BUT IS FULL ON NOW.
CUSTOMER HAS DECIDED ON A QT-1OO BOTTOM SECTION AND A STRIP OF UHMW ON THE BOW.
