I would strongly suggest not to wear restraint belts unless you have a very strong roll bar. Also, for the price of new belts, buy new. You never know what used belts have been subjected to which may make them unsafe. I've read that even the best restraints should be replaced every 2-3 years and sooner if they have been exposed to the elements for any length of time, especially the sun.
Any of the more common names are good quality; GFORCE, RCI, BELL, SIMPSON. Get the "Latch & Lock" style not the "Cam lock". The latch & lock style is recommended for our sport as they are easier to release under pressure (if your lying upside down in a couple of feet of water, supported by your roll bar and with your head under water, their easier to unlock). Mopac in Edmonton sells most of the good quality brands.
