Taking some friends for a run from Nordegg to Drayton Valley on Saturday. Anybody else going to be on the river? If you see the green Bobcat flying a Canadian flag that would be us. |

Hey there Shallowdraft, it was good to meet you. The trip down the river was what I waited for every day last winter. Good friends, good times. We were back in Drayton Valley about 6 pm, so I would say 5-6 hours running time. We had a real nice steak barbeque with refreshments, some swimming and a few more refreshments. It was very hot so for medical reasons alone we had a couple more refreshments. Taking another group out this weekend, not sure what stretch I am going to do, its up to them. |
