Has anyone tried one? Is it as good as they say and is it worth the hefty price tag?

i know a couple of guys who just put them on, and they swear by them. no more messing around balancing loads to stop porpoising and boat will actually backup in a current.as soon as i can afford it,it's going on.

How does it help reverse, does it stick out farther behind the transom?

That is an awesome price.
I paid a lot more for mine and it is the best mod I have made to my boat so far.
Definitely recommend it to anyone.

Price includes the complete kit: nozzle, hyd pack and cylinder. There may be some smaller items to get the hoses hooked up.
Bernie in parts can answer all those questions
Cheers

I have a scott nozzle in my boat and as far as trimming it is great and it will make your boat steer easer a least mine did as far as performance goes I gained only 1 mpr but it sure looks cool when you trim that baby up and go past all the non boaters I have a 200 optimax 16 sport V
