I recommend Endura paint. It's tuff stuff.

Endura is strong but it is a polyurethane which can not be blended in or polished if damage does occur. strong and durable but you need to repaint damn near the whole side of the boat if a repair is needed.

People ask an awful lot from their paint in the river boat market. and the paint industry has changed alot over the last few years. Today's automotive paints are quite durable and very nice to blend and polish if needed. It will look newer longer! and fix cheaper

ya i was thinking of going with automotive paint for the price and ease of repair cant beat it.

just the mixing of paint types is what im worried about now the boat is metalic red top witch seems like just and automtive paint, but the lower part is white witch seems like something else and the engine bay is painted in the same white it s very tough stuff.

would like to do one solid color and the dam white jet pump humm how to make that work as well.
