Just a warning to those customers using hotmail and MSN email accounts. For a short while now we have been having an issue with our servers and a conflict with the spam filters etc in MSN and HOTMAIL.
At this time we CANNOT reply to those types of email accounts from any of the company email accounts here at OE. We're trying to find a way around this as it can be VERY annoying, as I'm sure you can appreciate. We have setup a free account at another provider to do this when its absolutely necessary but that is far from an ideal solution.

If anyone is contacting parts, service or sales etc and is not getting a reply this could be due to this issue. Please either use a different account or feel free to call us with your questions. I am going to guess this problem can affect communications both ways, not only outgoing mail.
