28, and who was the rapper??? I have a picture of 91 on my GPS. Ravencrew was riding with me. The GPS score was:legal US motor, best conditions, lightest possible boat weight, best spot on river and downstream. So it was a baked speed, but It might be inspiration for folks to try some stuff that makes the whole class just that much faster. Like a short tunnel, more pump magic and ???? who knows?
I already knew I was full of shit. I have evidence of that every day.

Ooh boy, it says I'm smart. Whoopee, then how come I don't feel so smart? _________________ -Jesse |

I don't think it measures stoopid or smart, I think it measures how much useless information you have cluttering up your mind. Ain't no genius, I can tell you that for sure. _________________ -Jesse |

Cavefish, i deafinnaintly no geenuus either, only scored 17 on the test and only coaxed a 82 average out of the boat with a hopped up zz4. How much inspiration and magic are we going to need to keep up with your hovercraft with a bone stock engine? Or how fast was the current and the tailwind when you nailed that 91 # ! _________________ Rick's Precision Machine

Ah, you got me! It won't actually race at 91. My real average up & down is at lot closer to yours.
Had about 10 mph of air under the nose and the river was running around 12 mph. Also only had enough fuel for an 8 mile run. Like I said, baked. But very cool to see on the old GPS.
I'll be happy when little old FX class is running as fast as the B-boats did when I started. I am convinced it's possible for them to be reliably be bumping 90, I think 355-365 hp is enough to do it. _________________ -Jesse |
