How about a home made 40 ft house boat with a 115 Merc outboard, tied to a 30 ft dock in 3 places. Bow, Port bow, Port astern, then taking off at full throttle(and this boat would pull a skier) only to find out the Transom was tied too! Ripped it right off.but didn't sink the boat,
at least not the top two decks
Keep the wet side down

Whats a depth indicator ? What is this thing called a tide ? Is a depth indicator when you push your buddy in ? Is tide when they open or close the dam on the lower red or the north sask ? |

A depth indicator tells you when you are going to run aground, it gives you about 2 seconds warning so you can brace really good. Some sophisticated people use it to tell how deep the water is after they have run a ground to make sure the water is not over their head IF they have to jump in the water to push their boat.
Tide is a soap used for washing clothes. It works best if you just sprinkle some on your clothes and lay down in the rain, wash and rinse all at once.
One other cool thing is to untie your boat, have your buddy back down really fast on the ramp and LAUNCH you boat from half way up to keep the water off the truck. For proper effect and to get maximum points you must be at least half way up the ramp . It is one of the most impressive tricks I have ever seen. |
