the machine shop is turning us out some new pumps. i ran the proto type last year made a couple of changes and must say these work alot better than the older 2 piece design. they have 60 CI more volume than the old ones and a larger bearing and mech. seal. they still use the same AT shaft.
first 3 sold ones are all most done then we are going to do a run of 10 more.

yes Brad the flange will bolt to the transom seal. it is hard to make the transom seal as part of the pump as many of the differant boats have the pumps in differant locations and angles. the first batch of housings are being anodized now should be shipping monday.

We have also developed a new through transom steering with dual link rod tiller levers. For use with inboard mounted cable or NZ cable steering.
Give Bernie a call if interested.

Shouldn't your pivot points be in line?

Dawg is right, the steering rod holes are moved back to match the steering nozzel, so there is no binding.
The through transom steering bell crank kit is $625.00
It is set up to be used with standard steering cables or a pulley and cable NZ style system.
The new pumps are being sold for $8500. This includes an anodized housing, bearing, seals, 17-4 shaft, bearing cap and wear ring installed...
