Has anyone here had any experience with these. From the videos and such they look like they may be a decent investment for the sport jet.

mountainman, where did you see the video of these nozzles. I have asked around but no one has any experience with them. I have only seen pics but would like to see installed.

Got a e-mail into PG Yamaha for a price for a 240SJ will post when I get a reply. Would really like to try one out.

I have been wanting one to put on the 1975 XS / 240 since last year. I never pursued it due to the real or perceived hassle of ordering from Kiwi land. With a Canadian and somewhat local dealer I may be a buyer. If around a $G now the price has come down, I think it was $2G when I first checked.
The Mercury high skew impeller was $750 and I really like it, so I guess its all relative.
I can see the commercial,
"Scott jetovator $$$$"
"Nice rooster tail priceless"

Any one in N.A. tried one?

I use scott trim nozzles on my Pace boats they work great and they are cool with the roster tail. But u should use the scott reverse bucket as the Mercury ones don't work that well

I have 1 of these nozzels and after 50 hrs all is OK. It is mostly used as a trim on a 18 FT Outlaw Bobcat with a 240 SJ. I can load the boat any way I want now and the roost is not like a V-8 at all. This is my forth J boat and sport jets have thier place but !

The price I received from PG Yamaha for the sj is $2495 with about 6hrs to install. They are saying I should be able to install it myself.

I have installed a hydraulic place diverter in my 16 foot habourcraft works awsome and the price was good install took 3 hours and I also put uhmw on the bottom of that plate I have hit quite a few rocks and it stood up and no more porpoising at all people sit where ever
If you look on placediverter.com they make them for sportjets

Is there a Canadian distributor for the place diverter or does a guy have to order out of the US?
I saw this on a guys boat in Terrace on a 18' Harborcraft and thought it was a pretty neat thing. A bit cheaper then a Scott nozzle for sure.
