Nahhanni with teflon on it the white stuff, small leak in boat bilage pump kicks in after a few hours. Trying to find source of leak filled boat up no leaks added more water it appears to be dripping out of the front where teflon joins. I tightened up all bolts I could find have to add water to see if still leaking but not sure if I want to take the teflon down because it's cracked and look to see where it's leaking. Question should I try to replace the rubber washers or is bilage pump kicking in something people with teflon live with?

Pull all the floor boards and put it in the lake.

Have you checked your pump mount bolts? How often does your bilge pump kick in?
