I heard of a 21' outlaw that had a single 502 beefed up to about 700hp. It had twin pumps that had a belt drive system to run them. any body ever heard of this? sounds very interesting. _________________ take a drink and clear your mind |

Roger Kehoe also did a gearbox for single engine/twin jets.
The boats with these had a LOT of thrust and could pick up a good load |

Yup they pull just like a twin and don't pick rocks up of the bottom as easily. They do load the engine alot though so although your fuel economy is way better than a twin engine it is a little worse than a single. _________________ Mark
