Has anyone had any experience with fitting a protective strip to the edge of a sport jet hull? Maybe a rubber or plastic product or even a thick adhesive tape? Any feedback would be much appreciated

I want to put a protective strip of some sort around the edge of the hull, sort of a gunnall strip. Because I have staunchens fitted to my trailer I need something to protect the sharp edge of the hull, It should also protect it from day to day touches with jetty's river banks etc

Give Mike at Harris Marine a call, he may be able to help with a local product.
