How is the Boating around Sundre? Is it pretty much a Shallow Boat river(16ft lynx) or could I take my 20ft clearwater and be fairly safe? and what about a place to put in. Thanks in advance for all your help. Oh ya if we dont do something about this Global warming we're all going to F#$king freeze to death. _________________ Hey Everybody Watch This |

You can drop in at Garrington bridge west of Bowden. As long as your on the ball you can run all the way from Dickson Dam past Garrington to the Coal Camp Road. There is 2 or 3 sets of ledges up ther. approx 10 miles up from Sundre. When the water is fairly high its a breeze but when lower conditions you would want to turn back. |
