What a time we had! Mike Gridley, host and producer, of PowerBoat TV was here with his crew to film an episode on Outlaw Eagle and the river system's in Alberta.

They were blown away with the excellent river systems (even though it was smokey out), the experience in an aluminum river boat, and the Alberta hospitality!

The show will air in the spring and will reach approximately 15 million viewers. They will touch on the 2011 Worlds but mostly feature the recreation use of the Alberta rivers. I will post the airing date once I recieve it. In the mean time, PowerBoat TV is featured on Global at 11am Saturday mornings.

Oh and thank you to my "driver" captain Darrin S. You rock...or was it just hitting the rocks.....it was a great day!

Enjoy the pictures from us on the North Saskatchewan River.

oh ya tht'll throw a rise in the the propeller land. most anyone that ever comes boating with me has nvr been in a river boat....let alone climbing rocks with a boat. sometimes i forget to explain the whole river thing to newbies and i usually leads to screaming wives and crying kids....ooop!! read the sticker, get in hold on..............

Nice. Very nice. Don't worry about the smoke. I think it adds a sort of spooky eerie atmosphere to the pics and I'm sure to the vid as well. Can't wait to see it in TV LAND.

the red boat you are asking about is my personal baot. its a 18' sport with a 500HP turnkey LS3 and a Hamilton pump. it is a custom build boat with heavey bottom and UHMW. great boat, a blast in the shallow braided stuff.

Dale; what speed are you getting out of the boat? What made you go with the 212?

If you put a LSA and a pressure style pump could do see some 80mph #s?

Hamilton pumps are better for getting out of the hole on shallow water boats ...I think that's why you see them on the Clearwaters and Nahani's etc. If he wants to go 80mph, I imagine he would drive the tunnel at 1/2 throttle. Very Happy
